  文章摘要:田溯宁,作为网通总裁,在2002届的中国企业领袖年会上给我们做出了深刻演讲,让我们认识到一个企业家对中国通信行业的看法。尤其IT软件方面的变化,今年微软提出.NET战略,整个产品以产品为核心向以服务为核心变化。

  田溯宁:我想说在过去两年内,如果用一个成语来形容电信行业,可能就是沧海桑田。没有哪个行业在两年内发生这么大的变化。这个变化对于一个企业来讲,是不是就是一个机会?我在想这个问题,我们加入WTO整整一年,如果这一年不是西方资本市场出现了重大的问题,中国的行业尤其是电信行业会怎样?我们的龙部长知道进入WTO一个非常重要的谈判筹码就是能否获准进入电信行业。但是电信行业由于资本市场的问题,从两年前最高峰跌到2002年的最低谷,有人讲现在仍然是电信的冬天,但是冬天能给我们带来什么机会?我想这是整个这段时间中国网通进行整合或者进行这次海外收购非常重要的观点。我们虽然看到电信行业有很大的问题,但是我们从来没有像今天这样,人们的生活、工作都依赖于电子邮件、移动通信等各种电信终端设施,电信在今天的作用越来越重要了。
